Responsibilities:

• Designing data extracts, ad hoc queries, and other BI solutions.
• Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensuring result validity.
• Working with the Analytics Team to ensure appropriate data is captured.
• Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the business intelligence efforts.
• Leading and facilitating communication with business customers, IT staff, and other stakeholders,
• incorporating business requirements into data model design.
• Translating technical aspects of data modeling (facts, dimensions, "snowflaking") into language that non-technical users can understand.
• Making recommendations on data maintenance tactics for slowly changing dimensions, data roll-off / archival planning.

Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrate background experience and knowledge base in Data Modeling and functional responsibilities outlined.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Modeler
