This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist in India.

This role sits at the heart of client data operations, ensuring seamless connectivity between financial institutions and a sophisticated investment data platform. You will play a key role in onboarding and enabling clients by guiding them through authorization processes, account permissions, and data feed setup. Working in a highly client-facing environment, you will collaborate daily with customers, data providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely onboarding. The position requires strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows. You will help improve the client experience by ensuring data is correctly provisioned and accessible within strict SLAs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where operational precision directly impacts client success and trust.

Accountabilities:

Support and execute the end-to-end data onboarding process for financial clients, ensuring smooth and accurate connectivity between external institutions and internal systems, including:

  • Guiding clients through onboarding workflows, account eligibility, and authorization requirements such as LOA documentation
  • Managing client communication via email and calls to explain onboarding steps and resolve data feed issues
  • Provisioning and configuring client accounts into the appropriate environments and systems
  • Coordinating with data providers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and connectivity challenges
  • Completing custodian-specific setup processes and ensuring accurate feed activation
  • Maintaining onboarding documentation, resources, and process guidelines for accuracy and efficiency
  • Partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to improve client experience and operational workflows
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding efficiency through process and tooling improvements
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong client-facing experience combined with technical curiosity and excellent operational discipline:

    • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in client onboarding, success, or FinTech/financial services environments
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet strict SLAs in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with financial data systems, custodians, or portfolio/account data workflows (preferred)
    • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace (preferred)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
    • Comfort using modern productivity and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow execution
    • Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
