The Data/Operations Analyst in Professional Services combines data analytics with operational expertise to improve efficiency and inform strategic decisions. They collect and analyze complex data sets develop reports and KPI dashboards identify trends to enhance processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources to create reports for Professional Services Leaders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators

• Identify trends and patterns to optimize operational processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions

• Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics Business Computer Science or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and operational improvement

• Experience with Salesforce or CloudCoach

• Proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in the professional services industry is preferred
