Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Operations professional to join our team in Kraków, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our data-related processes, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our data systems, and supporting our organization's data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee daily data operations, including data collection, processing, storage, and retrieval
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security
• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and electrical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance regulations and company policies
• Optimize data workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues
• Generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data operations and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in data operations or a similar role
• Strong understanding of data center operations, including power, cooling, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of structured cabling infrastructures and network fundamentals
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and database management systems
• Experience with data management tools and software
• Understanding of data governance and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools
• Experience with Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
