Your Role and Responsibilities

• Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
• Deliver calculation attainment monthly data upload validations analytics and reporting for Commercial Operations.
• Manage administration and deliver self-service in scope Field Force & marketing related applications e.g. SFA.
• Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan while delivering high quality for any activities in scope.
• Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Service oriented/Customer service mindset in multicultural environments.
• Excellent IT knowledge and experience in CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com Cegedim-MI Veeva Vault.
• Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas parameters).
• Experience in data stewardship reporting and analytics delivery.
• Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
