Your Role and Responsibilities
- Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
- Deliver calculation attainment monthly data upload validations analytics and reporting for Commercial Operations.
- Manage administration and deliver self-service in scope Field Force & marketing related applications e.g. SFA.
- Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan while delivering high quality for any activities in scope.
- Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Service oriented/Customer service mindset in multicultural environments.
- Excellent IT knowledge and experience in CRM & commercial tools such as Salesforce.com Cegedim-MI Veeva Vault.
- Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas parameters).
- Experience in data stewardship reporting and analytics delivery.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
