Data Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Data Operations Lead, and as a member of the Product Operations team, there is an opportunity for a full-time, highly engaged, creative and attentive individual with intermediate to senior level experience to focus on, analyze and strategize within our SaaS/products to continue the growth and advanced capabilities within the technology.

Impress us with:

• Work on a cross-functional team to assist data integrations
• Use existing experience within Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure data points are configured correctly, data is flowing, and generate insights
• Provide quality service to LotLinx’s internal customers in all assigned tasks.
• Troubleshoot potential data, reporting or integration issues 
• Efficiency and automation always top of mind
• Analyze Product performance, KPI’s, and make recommendations on Product Improvement.
• Perform competitive analysis, research new opportunities, and use data to provide strategic recommendations that support growth and optimization
• Product, analytics and data analysis
• Provide well-conceived, accurate and impactful information through reporting and analysis to assist management in guiding improved performance and areas for optimization
• Leverage collected data to improve upon existing digital marketing campaigns and overall execution
• Ability to navigate through DBs (Big Query, MySQL, etc.), and/or exported large data sets
• Focussed on Data Clean up and Data Maintenance.
• Coding knowledge with Python, Bash Shell, Java.

 A bit about you: 

• Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• 2+ years of comprehensive experience with Google Analytics; reporting, configuration, goals, events, dashboards
• Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience within other reporting platforms; Adobe Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Looker
• Aptitude for product and technology
• Critical thinking skills to observe, interpret, analyze, infer and explain information in a clear and concise way
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Convey technical details to generic audience 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player and willing to work with others.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn
• Strong data mining skills and the ability to apply intuition to results
• Disciplined, analytical but a creative thinker and problem solver
• Proficiency in with spreadsheets and other office programs
