Data Ops Manager (Korean Speaking)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Data Ops Manager to join our team. As the Data Ops Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of data, optimizing data management processes, and supporting the successful execution of data projects. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong affinity with data processing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in both English and Korean.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Manage data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation processes for various projects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal disruptions.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Implement data governance policies and ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
• Analyze data flows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to optimize data workflows.
• Provide technical support to team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Oversee data process and quality assurance for each vertical/market,
• Manage relationships with the data entry team,
• Analyze datasets and investigate any discrepancies or inconsistencies,
• Curate interesting and unique trends for Spate content, brainstorm compelling ideas for upcoming reports.

Requirements

• Experience in managing large datasets and working with diverse data formats.
• Strong proficiency in English and Korean (verbal and written communication).
• Proficiency in the use of Excel and GoogleSheet.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify data-related issues and propose solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate efficiently in cross-cultural teams.
• Interest in beauty and food trends.
• Knowledge of the latest data management trends and technologies is a plus.

Benefits

Compensation: $25/hour

Location: This is a remote position, and candidates from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply. Connection during US working hours might be punctually required.

Mission Length: This is a freelance position with no commitment to a specific mission length. As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work on various projects with us based on your availability and our needs.
