Data Partnerships Coordinator

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Data Partnerships Coordinator. This role can be based out of our Fort Worth, TX headquarters or our NYC offices, and will report to the Director of Data Partnerships.

You’ll possess attention to detail, customer service attitude and willingness to help in any capacity to excel in this role. Additionally, you are looking to join a growing and fast paced company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assistance with 1st and 3rd party data & measurement partnership related tasks and projects.
• Managing internal requests regarding partner data targeting and similar offerings. 
• Work closely with the team to create, prioritize, and manage JIRA tasks related to data projects. 
• Monthly partner revenue and data usage reporting.
• Engage internally and with external data partners to gather detailed specifications for custom data requests. 
• Evaluate feasibility of leveraging 3rd party measurement tools for client campaigns.
• Maintain and routinely update internal documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and procedures to optimize the efficiency of handling such requests.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology). 
• 1-2+ years in Ad Tech or Digital Advertising.
• Knowledge of the online advertising industry, industry participants, trends and technologies.
• Strong data analysis and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace.
• Baseline understanding of file transfer protocols (s3, SFTP, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker and other data analysis tools.
• Willingness to learn about new technologies and platforms.
• Strong content creation and writing/editing skills.
