We are thrilled to announce the exciting opportunity to join the Mars Digital Technologies team as a Data Platform Architect! In this role, you will be a key player in supporting Demand Data as a Service (DDaaS), working cross-functionally to design and implement data architecture and data distribution methods that benefit different segments and regions, ultimately contributing to a 3 billion value creation in the next three years.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about data architecture and is eager to work collaboratively with a team of data engineers and workstream leads.

• As a Data Platform Architect in DDaaS, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of Azure Data Services, data integration, data security, governance & data catalogue, cost & performance optimization, and experience in other Big Data Technologies.
• If you have experience in data modelling and data analytics, that would be an advantage, and ideally, you would have a functional domain experience in Sales & Demand, Media, or Marketing.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• As a Data Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture & data distribution for the Demand Data as a Service (DDaaS).
• You will manage and guide a team of data engineers and workstream leads in Demand Data as a Service (DDaaS) and work with other Demand Data as a Service (DDaaS) and other Platform team members on the Data Distribution Process to benefit speed and scale for segment data consumption and data exchange.
• You will deliver platform best practices and thought leadership across global cross-functional projects and collaborate with other segment teams, all while developing and maintaining data & platform governance policies.
