Data Principal Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Industry leading Expertise in 1 or more of the following:
  • Data Strategy (Operating Models, Data Regulations, Data & AI Ethics)
  • Data governance, Data management & Data Quality
  • Data Architecture, Data Engineering & AI Engineering
  • Data visualization, ML and Insight generation
• Strong Proficiency in data engineering and insight tools (SQL, R, Python, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
• Strong Experience with ETL processes and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Data Factory).
• Strong Experience in driving insight and value from data
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and a passion for problem-solving.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Strong Senior/Executive Stakeholder Management skills.
• Proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders and leading large teams.
• Proven track record in delivering large cloud data transformation initiatives.
• Strong Expertise in program delivery and governance.
• Deep knowledge of advanced analytics and AI technologies.
