Data Privacy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Privacy Analyst to join our dynamic team at Allianz Technology of America. As the provider of IT services to Allianz insurance and financial services companies in the US, we the critical importance of protecting the privacy and data of our customers partners and employees. The Privacy Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations, establishing, and maintaining privacy policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of privacy within our organization. What you do

• Develop and implement privacy policies and procedures that align with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks.
• Stay up to date with evolving privacy laws and regulations, assess their impact on our operations, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that privacy requirements are integrated into various business processes.
• Provide guidance and awareness to employees on privacy best practices, data protection, and privacy rights, including support of Privacy Champions.
• Support commercial contracting with privacy-related provisions in contracts and agreements with customers, third-party vendors, and service providers.
• Support monitoring and response to privacy incidents, including conducting investigations and coordinating necessary notifications as required by law.
• Support periodic privacy reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit required privacy reporting.
• Effectively lead projects involving cross-disciplinary teams.

What you bring

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of US privacy laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in IT or in the IT service industry
• Experience working in a large international company.

Preferred

• Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies and tools, including Onetrust
