Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM’s Marketing & Communication Data Privacy team has a critical mission to enable business objectives by ensuring transparency and compliance to privacy laws and regulations. The team is focused on building and improving upon a comprehensive privacy framework making sure that IBM’s marketing systems platforms and processes are designed and executed with data privacy in mind.

The team also focuses on enablement so that IBMers executing marketing activity can better understand data privacy requirements and the associated business value.

This is a Hybrid role attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years relevant work experience including experience in a data-driven technology business or company with a sophisticated data/technology stack
• You are a problem solver – You can naturally recognize gaps in processes or systems and are comfortable with designing communicating and testing solutions where appropriate
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner across functions including business and technical teams and influence without direct authority
• Ability to interrogate and simultaneously display diplomacy.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Familiarity with and exposure to agile processes a plus
• Product Ownership experience
• Data Privacy expertise is a plus training is available.
