Data Processing Coordinator

The mission of a Syndigo Data Processing Coordinator is to manage the end-to-end process of developing and delivering shelf edge merchandising tools for assigned customer accounts. This includes data processing and integration, print production and fulfillment. This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team with little supervision. You will need to make discretionary judgment calls to provide excellent service to customers by performing the following duties personally or alongside other team members and outside vendors.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Analyze and integrate customer data (planogram data exports, price files, UPC and stock code verification and images) creating print-ready files of shelf edge merchandising tools that address customer needs and meet agreed upon criteria
• Revise existing shelf edge merchandising tools - adjusting for changes in assortments, store layouts or customer feedback
• Develop and implement project plans to meet customer defined needs and timetables, execute plans to meet budget and timelines
• Submit accurate and complete billing to accounting for customer projects
• Effectively manage internal processes by working collaboratively across internal departments

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• BA/BS degree desired
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Access
• Self-starter, independent thinker + decision maker who can work under pressure to meet deadlines
• This is an entry/associate level opportunity
