Data Quality Analyst - Remote

Role Overview:

As a Data Quality Analyst, of Big Data on Cloud reporting into Data Quality Manager of Data & Analytics team, the focus of this position is to perform data quality validations across data aggregation layers by understanding the business, product, data. And ensure quality of the data elements being used for further analysis.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

• You will understand the product, business and data processes.
• You will perform data quality analysis, build quality metrics around data pipelines and data in the cloud, present them visually helping bring value to the data analysis.
• You will roll out the guidelines of the governance framework, automate data quality validation rules and bring out anomalies.
• You will report to the Data Quality Manager.
• You will work with global teams from data analytics, analysts, engineering and leadership to ensure metadata management and data governance.

About You:

• 3 to years of experience in data quality analysis or data warehouse or data cloud environment. 
• You have experience working on important and main data quality automation tasks and Data Quality Assurance
• You are well versed with Python/SQL.
• You have experience working on data pipelines in a cloud environment – AWS, Databricks. You are passionate about working with data, have some statistical or data analysis background. 
• You present the insights and experience from data quality automation projects or compliance projects.
• You are ready to work with global teams.
