It offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality of insights used in global investment decision-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Acquire, validate, and maintain operational and financial datasets from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Perform data quality checks across reports, dashboards, and source systems, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Manage data ingestion processes, including SFTP uploads and integration of external datasets from multiple providers.
  • Support data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities across frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve ETL issues and support UAT and data delivery processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, SSMS, and dashboards for validation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Contribute to data warehousing initiatives, including dataset creation, testing, and maintenance of business rules.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and data logs, ensuring timely updates and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, operations, IT, finance, or analytics-related roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
    • Experience in financial services, investment management, insurance, or real estate environments is an advantage.
    • Strong understanding of data preparation processes including extraction, cleansing, aggregation, and validation.
    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools such as Yardi or similar platforms.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases; familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or VBA is a plus.
    • Strong analytical mindset with quantitative aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a structured, process-oriented environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary aligned with experience and industry standards.
      • Opportunity to work in a global, data-driven investment management environment.
      • Exposure to advanced data governance, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
      • Professional development opportunities within a leading international organization.
      • Collaborative and inclusive work culture focused on learning and growth.
      • Access to structured training and continuous upskilling programs.
      • Opportunity to work with modern data tools and large-scale datasets.
