Data Quality Coordinator

cBEYONData is seeking a Data Quality Coordinator to join our team in support of a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a Federal customer. The focus across the broader program includes IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management and human-centered design, among other IT modernization programmatic activities. The Data Quality Coordinator will support the Data Management Workstream Lead in driving data quality activities coordinating across the functional teams and with PMO/System Integrator.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of data cleansing by data source for a given Program Increment (PI).
• Review and report of all data input templates including the quality of master data across key domains (e.g., material, customer, vendor).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data quality challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Report on the monitoring of data integration processes to ensure master data accuracy across the program.
• Communicate insights and progress through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored to various audiences.
• Identify opportunities to automate data quality monitoring and validation processes.

Requirements:

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing senior management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Proficient skills in data management tools such as Collibra

Preferred:

• Experience supporting large-scale government ERP implementations (SAP, S/4 HANA, and/or Oracle or similar integrated technology solutions)
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (Army preferred)
• Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience working remotely within a large project
• Familiarity with Agile principles and/or development projects
• Experience with Federal financials and logistics data sets
