Data Quality Manager - Remote

Role Overview:

Lead the data quality team to enable data trustworthiness across data zones (layers) for Mcafee's telemetry data and BI data.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

• Plan, design, develop, and conduct quality assessments of data elements and structures to ensure integrity, completeness, quality, and proper formatting.
• Configure, operate, and develop manual and/or automated methods, processes, and procedures to test data input/output based on compliance, quality, and usage requirements as defined by product management, client specifications, and governance programs.
• Perform regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations to evaluate data activity and integrity, preparing reports and summaries of findings.
• Develop and update guidelines and documentation for testing processes, procedures, and standards.

About You:

• You have extensive experience in managing key data quality automation tasks, as well as expertise in Data Governance and Quality Assurance.
• You are highly skilled in Python and SQL.
• You have hands-on experience working with data pipelines in cloud environments such as AWS and Databricks.
• You are passionate about data and have led data quality assurance teams, delivering insights from data quality automation or compliance projects.
• You are comfortable collaborating with global teams.
• You have 10+ years of experience in data quality analysis, data warehousing, or cloud-based data environments.
