Job description:
The Associate Data Reliability Analyst provides high quality resolutions for issues within the PriceSpider product and services for our customers using knowledge and tools within framework defined by engineering. The Associate Data Reliability Analyst takes direction from Operations Leadership on day to day responsibilities, and communicates up to their manager observed data quality issues. The Associate Data Reliability Analyst is responsible for understanding our customers’ needs so that they can efficiently diagnose and resolve issues in a timely fashion that arise day to day. Â
In addition, they are also responsible for assisting with escalations from the customer support team and providing root cause analysis and problem solving throughout the life cycle of a customer. For issues that they cannot resolve, the Associate Data Reliability Analysts are responsible for partnering with Operations leadership to escalate issues to the product engineering team and shepherding a resolution on behalf of the customer.Â
The Associate Data Reliability Analyst is expected to handle implementation escalations for onboarding, providing support to the implementation specialists when resolution on data quality issues is required for a successful onboarding. Responsible for Monitoring and Resolving Data Quality issues. Liaison for all operational support issues requiring advanced technical analysis and any other support or implementation needs as the business sees fit.Â

What you will be doing:Â
- Monitoring and responding to Data Quality issues and providing internal status updates throughout the life of unresolved issues.
- Direct involvement in all Data Quality P0s providing monitoring, communication, and support.
- Responding to customer support, operation, and implementation issues and resolving them according to internal SLAÂ
- Following processes within existing frameworks and projects that meet our customer SLAsÂ
- Ability to work on special projects for improving overall customer experience
- Consistently meeting or exceeding the standards for team and individual performanceÂ
- Meeting or exceeding PriceSpider levels of excellence in upholding its valuesÂ
- Staying informed of all new information related to PriceSpider products, procedures, and trendsÂ
- Ensuring that resolved issues are meeting customer expectationsÂ
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive Data Quality initiatives
- Diagnosing of root cause analysis for issues
- Communicating root cause analysis clearly
Requirements:Â
- 0-2 years experience with data analysis or in an analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Strong drive to document work, share knowledge, and collaborate in a team
- Able to pick up technical skills quicklyÂ
- Experience with root cause analysis
 Preferred Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field
- Proven capabilities in a technical role
- Data analysis skills preferred but not required
- Agile or KanbanÂ
- SQL Server skillsÂ
- Jira and ConfluenceÂ
Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $23-25/hour. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
