Data & Reporting Analyst

Job Description

What you will do:

• This position within Enterprise FP&A will be responsible for enabling financial reporting, forecasting, and planning capabilities within the organization through effective use of technology.
• Must be capable of turning large, complex data sets into actionable financial insights.
• Must possess the ability to build and maintain financial models.
• Partnering with internal customers to identify key business issues and design systematic approach to resolution
• Effectively communicate with business partners/internal customers to capture requirements and execute to them.
• Evaluate and distill analyses conducted by other departments
• Developing quantitative and qualitative analysis on a broad range of projects and functional areas
• Design and develop standard reporting packages utilizing various FP&A applications
• Partner with the business analytics team to implement new KPI's
• Assist with:
  • Preparation of executive presentations, including monthly operating reviews and analysis used for Board updates and investor presentations.
  • Ad-hoc modeling exercises
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and new system implementations

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Requires a minimum of two to four years experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and strong attention to detail.
• Requires ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Demonstrates excellent communications skills.
• Self-starter mindset with strong desire to drive process optimization.
• Candidate should possess strong capability in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Requires ability to use Hyperion Essbase, Tableau, Oracle ERP, and Sales Force, or similar applications
• Experience with Alteryx is a plus.

Salary Ranges

$60,262.29 USD to $76,671.75 USD
