The hourly salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual hourly rate for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the scope complexity and location of the role; the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

• Help deliver and manage data for our external partners (e.g. reinsurance partners brokers fronting carriers and statistical agents).

• Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to improve how we manage data across our various insurance carriers.

• Partner with teams like Product Underwriting and Pricing to identify and analyze opportunities to reduce costs expand our product offerings and support profitable growth.

• Assist in communicating key insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• An enthusiastic individual with or seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Statistics Mathematics or other quantitative field

• Experience or strong desire to build knowledge on Simply Business reporting tools (e.g. Looker Tableau) SQL/Python & data processing applications (e.g. Snowflake)

• Passionate for problem solving innovation and strong analytical skills

• Agile pragmatic and able to adapt approach where needed in a fast-paced business
