Data Science Engineer II

Job duties: Strategize data science team to design, develop, and maintain algorithms, data pipelines, and systems to generate predictive models and process large volumes of data efficiently. Develop scalable algorithms to optimize and monitor targeting performance across a diverse group of tens of thousands of advertisers. Design and implement a metadata analysis framework into company's proprietary software to analyze imported data. Ensure resulting data is organized appropriately so queries from Users and Applications can run against this data. Manage the integration of machine learning algorithms and metadata analysis models in backend engineering. Consult, collaborate and coordinate with others across product management, engineering, and AdOps to meet company objectives. Data Science Engineer II will supervise two employees.

Job can be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements: MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related and three months experience in the field as a Data Scientist, Data Science Intern, or Related. Experience must have included: building and debugging distributed systems; manipulating large data sets; deploying Machine Learning algorithms and pipelines; writing code to build models using Python, etc.; and delivering high performing scalable solutions.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $175,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
