PayPal, Inc. seeks Data Scientist 1 in La Vista, NE

Job Duties: Apply data science techniques to model massive datasets, provide actionable insights to drive business results. Develop complex scripts with database language, SQL, to extract raw data directly from the Google Big Query data warehouse. Design and develop tables to accommodate the future needs of the business while also collecting and organizing other sources of data, building distinct complimentary system of data tables. Analyze large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesize insights into actionable business solutions. Effectively share insights across departments including sales, warehouse operations, automation, and HR (with insights spanning historical reporting, as well as, planning and forecasting into the future).

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Information Science, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
