Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in building and scaling our data platform. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.

Requirements

• Develop machine learning models for finance-related metrics, including Customer Lifetime Value forecasting.
• Build predictive models to understand and forecast user behavior related to subscription management, such as churn prediction, upgrade propensity, and upsell opportunities (experience in BigQueryML is a plus).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand patterns and trends in financial and user behavior data.
• Evaluate model performance and iterate on models to improve accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and documentation.

Skills needed:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on finance-related machine learning models, preferably in a subscription-based industry.
• Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning, with experience using libraries such as sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with BigQueryML for model development, deployment, and integration within the BigQuery ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets.
