Job Description

Position Purpose: As part of the FX group development team, you will work closely with senior developers, business leaders, and traders to enhance data driven decision making.

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Produce analytics-based research to support trading and other business functions
• Collate, aggregate and manage data from diverse sources
• Produce data visualizations to aid decision making by business leaders
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve diverse business problems
• Contribute to broader StoneX innovation efforts, collaborate with other product groups and development teams

Required Skills:

• Strong background in python and SQL
• Experience with PowerBI or equivalent for data visualization
• Excellent understanding of statistics
• Experience training machine learning models
• Ability to rapidly pick up languages, tools, and frameworks as needed
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
• Enthusiastic to expand skills as required to complete diverse projects
• Excellent written communication
• Team player, consistently reliable, high level of ethics

Physical requirements/Working conditions:

• Climate controlled office environment
• Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
• Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
