About This Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their data science knowledge to contribute to our cybersecurity project. Ideally, this individual will have cybersecurity experience, with a deep understanding of Python for data processing and the ability to write production level code. Experience with web scraping, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is crucial, as is a capacity to work in a high-pace, high-demand setting. Knowledge of Appian will be considered a plus. 

Qualifications

• Proven data science experience
• 7+ years Python experience, with a deep understanding of data processing and ability to write production-level code
• Demonstrable experience with web scraping
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and experience with relevant tools such as Sklearn, TensorFlow, or Pytorch
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), with practical knowledge of tools like NLTK or Spacy
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Innate problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative and innovative mindset
• Cybersecurity experiencedesired
