Key Responsibilities

• Create advanced data models and high-quality analyses for all aspects of our business to discover insights, provide actionable recommendations, and drive outcomes.
• Design and implement cutting-edge predictive models, such as decision trees and regression testing, that uncover valuable insights.
• Analyze customer behavior to create sophisticated end-customer segmentation schemes, unraveling the mysteries of consumer preferences and propelling targeted strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the end-user to capture and articulate business requirements, ensuring data analyses align with strategic objectives and deliver maximum impact.
• Architect robust and scalable cloud-based data analytic solutions, working in synergy with team members to create an infrastructure that accelerates insights and empowers decision-making.
• Manage and optimize the processes for data intake, validation, and mining, as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
• Oversee the design and delivery of automated reports and dashboard products to display results to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Communicate results and business impacts to stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• BA Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience with data science and advanced analytics with proven record for delivery of data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making.
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL and Java / Python (or "R")
• 2-3 years of experience with SAS (or similar), ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
• 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in data mining and statistical analysis
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data management as well as experience with data aggregation and normalization
