In this role you will be working on our Analytics, Insights and Data Sciences (AID) within the CXM|dXp division of LG Electronics USA. On this team we foster an atmosphere of collaboration, exploration and innovation. We value teamwork, creativity, and a customer-centric approach where you will focus on digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver data-driven insights and automation for marketing (using statistics, data mining, machine learning, and deep learning techniques as applicable)
• Work with various client marketing teams to understand their challenges and create solutions
• Be a thought leader for your team on projects and about leading technologies
• Stay on top of technologies and trends in data science in marketing
• Support Ad hoc data analysis requirements as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree in any of the following areas - mathematics, statistics, data science, physics, computer science or social sciences heavy in quantitative methodologies like economics, psychology, political science, sociology
• Demonstrated proficiency coding and with SQL & python
• Between 4-5 years of work experience in marketing or related fields ( ecommerce, digital marketing-Media and Advertising ) working in data sciences or data analytics with h ands-on experience in building Statistical and Machine learning models for regression, clustering and classification. Experience with time series techniques and forecasting (VAR, VEC, Arima) a plus.
• Some experience with AWS, Azure or GCP required. Experience with Google Marketing platforms and GCP preferred (Big Query and BQML)
• Experience working with GA360 log level data a plus
• Demonstrated ability to take a business problem and translate it into an analysis design and implementation
• Strong communication skills, with ability to present complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner using spreadsheets, slides, or interactive data products (Tableau, etc.)
