Come research, build, and deploy data-driven solutions to healthcare process inefficiencies that will save lives, improve the quality of care, and lower costs. 

We’re looking for a seasoned data scientist who is comfortable, nay, delighted to work with ambiguity and is able to research, prototype, and summarize their learnings and recommendations as part of an iterative solution collaborating with a cross-functional development team of product managers, front and back end developers.

We want to leverage the power and simplicity of LLM-backed chat interfaces to allow every healthcare worker to gain medical superpowers by unlocking the insights from the billions of data points related to the location and process flow of all assets, patients, and spaces in a hospital, and we can’t do it without you!

Desired Skills

• B.S. or higher in computer science, computer/software engineering, mathematics or statistics
• Clarity of thought in written and verbal communication
• Pragmatic decision-making - knowing when to make a decision to learn and when to wait to learn more before making a decision
• 5+ years of professional experience designing, training, and deploying ML / AI models
• 1+ years experience with Generative AI interfaces and the LLM that power them
• 2+ year of experience designing and deploying prediction models, linear regression and statistical analysis for dynamic systems and logistical flows
