Data Scientist II - Dialogue Management- Remote

In this role you will:

• Develop and apply machine learning approaches to conversational decision making and dialogue management in both a commercial and research setting
• Use your expert knowledge of state-of-the-art methods and tools to consistently find the most effective, efficient, stable, explainable, and elegant approaches
• Design and build modern, flexible machine learning training pipelines
• Analyze large scale conversational datasets
• Bringing research-driven models to life within production systems
• Creating durable, flexible scientific deployment and experimentation capabilities
• Work on challenging unsupervised and semi-supervised problems related to dialog management, and create pipelines to accelerate and scale this effort
• Use and present research findings in ways that inform and sometimes guide business and product strategy
• Lead publication efforts in top dialogue conferences such as ACL, SIGdial, Neurips, Interspeech…etc

Your qualifications are:

• Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Publication history in AI/ML/NLP conference with a focus on dialogue management research or extensive experience within the commercial space working on production dialogue management systems.
• Hands on experience with Deep Learning for dialogue management 
• Analysis, problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Strong communication skills and a team player
