Data Scientist - Wipro

We seek a skilled and dynamic Data Scientist to join the Wipro Strategy team in Copenhagen.

This role focuses on leveraging data and analytics to drive business value by providing visibility (through reporting) and actionable insights (through analytics) for the Wipro customer base. You will be instrumental in supporting various Customer Insights initiatives, contributing to a deeper understanding of our customer behaviours and enhancing organisational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Steer Data Tracks of Projects:
   - Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights within large datasets.
   - Develop and maintain AI-driven codebases, including predictive models, classification algorithms, and clustering techniques.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI and data science solutions integration into business operations.

Data Visualizations & Reporting:
   - Provide BI expertise by creating and maintaining dashboards using tools like PowerBI.
   - Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
   - Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

Must-Have:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PySpark, with experience in data modelling for business intelligence.
- Proven experience in traditional Machine Learning projects, including predictive modelling, classification, and clustering.
- Advanced Python skills for data analytics, with the ability to implement and optimize models.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Dremio for large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Strong data visualization skills, particularly with PowerBI or similar dashboarding tools.

Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and their application in customer insights.
