Role: Data Solutions Architect- Insurance

Duration: Long Term

Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid 3 days On-site)

P&C insurance domain experience is mandatory

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead with hands-on experience in MS SQL, Data Modeling, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Databricks, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Insurance domain to drive data solutions and manage end-to-end data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage data models and pipelines using MS SQL, ADF, ADLS, and Databricks.
• Lead data integration efforts, ensuring smooth flow and transformation of data across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute data strategy.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Provide insights and expertise specific to the Insurance domain to enhance data solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with MS SQL, ADF, ADLS, Databricks, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Expertise in Insurance domain data management and processes.
• Ability to lead a team and drive data-related projects to success.
