Data Solutions Client Lead

We are looking for a Data Solutions Client Lead to join our Data Solutions Delivery Team.
The role
You will be responsible for overseeing the success of key Spaulding Ridge current & new clients and their transformational projects. This will include the day-to-day oversight of these engagements while identifying key upsell areas as well as generating net new Data Solutions business.
Project Delivery and Oversight:
- Manage and oversee successful delivery of projects in the role of either Engagement Lead or Solution architect, being able to effectively guide a team of consultants
- Own key client relationships within an account
- Lead the end-to-end customer engagement & solution with the support of a broader team
- Maintain scope, budget and timeline to ensure the project is on track and budget
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Travel Requirements for the role: Up to 25%
- Maintain realization target of 50%
Business Development and Sales:
- Own driving upsell & cross-sell business in the current Data Solutions customer portfolio for new Snowflake, DBT and Fivetran projects or projects for other Spaulding Ridge service lines
- Drive net new business and new projects for our Data Solutions team in North America
- Work with Spaulding Ridge sales organization and Data Solutions Account Executives on demand generation, account planning, and related go-to market strategies
- Develop rapid pipeline in a startup environment
- Support the sales process through building and demoing solutions that meets a potential clients’ business pain points and opportunities
- Partner with delivery team to deliver client proposals & pitch Spaulding Ridge’s capabilities
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
You have
- 4+ years of experience in Consulting or delivery of a Modern Data Stack (Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran or similar technology) projects
- Sound experience as a Solution Architect or Project Lead role on Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran or similar technology projects
- Proven ability to manage projects, lead discovery and build cycles, and work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in leading sales cycles for selling Snowflake, DBT or Fivetran implementation projects
- Proven track record of autonomously driving net new pipeline
- Proven track record of working towards and achieving delivery & sales targets
- Experience in managing delivery and/or sales teams
- Understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies
