Your Team's Impact

The Data Solutions group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet’s DataFeed (off-platform) products. Our aim is to consult & organize our client’s data consumption processes with FactSet proprietary and industry standard delivery solutions.

You will be working closely with Sales, Product Development and local consulting teams throughout the implementation process. You will gain exposure to the entire Data Solutions product suite which includes Cloud and Managed Services (Snowflake, AWS, Azure), Standard DataFeeds (FactSet proprietary content, prices, Partner data and Exchange data), FactSet Content APIs and Real-time data solutions and design custom solutions tailored to each client using a combination of products.

What You'll Do

· Client relationship management

· Gather client requirements, preparing sample files, process design,

implementation and testing.

· Involvement in product development (working with agile teams, improving

existing & new products)

· Day to day support of existing clients

· External and internal training

· Project management

· Working with and understanding our Financial datasets.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

·Bachelors degree in relevant subject (e.g. Finance, Technology, Business)

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial industry or with a financial data vendor

·Experience working with financial datasets

·Client facing experience

Desired Skills

·Good understanding of financial data and Equity/Fixed Income benchmarks

· Programming experience e.g., SQL, Python

· Participation in the CFA Program or technology focused certification programs

(e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner, SnowPro, Power BI).
