JOB DESCRIPTION
Support sales, fulfillment and quality control for our OmniTraffic® Data Products.
OmniTraffic® Data delivers daily feeds of event-level geolocation and digital data, collected from consumer smartphones. OmniTraffic™ Data is 100% Fair Trade Data®, meaning it is collected from consumers who provided informed consent and were compensated appropriately for the exchange.
MFour's OmniTraffic® Data customers blend and refine the raw data with other data sets to create comprehensive, anonymized views of consumer market behavior. The data is collected through Surveys on the Go® - MFour's proprietary, 4.5+ star mobile app.
This role will support order delivery; own proactive quality control activities; coordinate and execute on customer inquiry and data anomaly investigations; and provide direct customer support to pre and post sales efforts as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute initial and change order delivery implementation
• Own the process for and execute weekly quality control and data pattern change evaluations and communications and prepare update communications for internal and external stakeholders when required
• Lead data trend investigations for internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as a technical product Subject Matter Expert for MFour OmniTraffic® Data product, including contributing to Data Dictionary upkeep, data governance policy and controls, as well as maintaining a working knowledge of volume trends, sourcing and applications in order to support business development efforts
• Align with product and engineering to communicate relevant changes in data structure, contents with sales and customer stakeholders and support ongoing sales expert training
• Support custom data data queries when needed
• Support sales executives on customer calls as a subject matter expert

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as a data analyst or comparable role
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills, and ability to write queries involving windows functions, multiple tables, and subqueries
• Experience with a scripting language preferred
• Experience with tools such as as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau and Athena
• Working knowledge or understanding of development in BI tools is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into specifications and strategies that will be used to map and visualize data sets for various user segments
• Highly collaborative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, and quantitative and analytical abilities
• Experience in a client-facing role preferred
• Organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous initiatives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
