Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Data Specialist to join our CDS Team. The role requires a deep understanding of data pipelines and the ability to create them using our in-house developed data framework, built and maintained in Python. This technical position requires proficiency in Source Control, T-SQL, Python, and good documentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Source Control, T-SQL, Python, and good documentation skills
• Deep understanding of data pipeline development and management
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Azure Architecture

This role is not suitable for full-stack or frontend developers. We are looking for a highly specialized data specialist who is passionate about creating efficient and scalable data pipelines. If you have the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.

Additional Information

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using our in-house developed data framework, built and maintained in Python utilizing numerous different technologies in Azure for example Synapse, Blob Storage and Redis
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines into existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all data pipelines
