This role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and business operations, turning raw information into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across multiple teams. You will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, building reliable reporting systems, and enabling leaders to understand performance trends with clarity and confidence. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to transform complex datasets into meaningful dashboards and reports. The position offers strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both analytical work and business impact. You will also contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements that enhance efficiency and data quality across the organization.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and structuring financial and operational data to support accurate reporting and decision-making processes across the business. You will assist in preparing recurring financial reports and dashboards, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

  • Build and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Support continuous process optimization initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and help standardize reporting practices across teams.
  • Requirements

    You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong foundation in data analysis and financial concepts. You are comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear business insights. You combine technical proficiency with strong communication skills and can operate effectively in both independent and collaborative environments.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
    • Strong experience with Power BI (mandatory); knowledge of BigQuery is a plus.
    • Understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
