The Opportunity

As a Data Technical Project Manager, you’ll partner with one of our Product and Engineering Directors to lead a multidisciplinary project team. Together, you'll establish and grow partnerships with clients to deliver world-class products.

Responsibilities 

• Lead product and engineering development to create essential products for our clients
• Use your client services experience to facilitate decisions on scope, design, architecture, and process
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C-level executives
• Develop and communicate the comprehensive project plan and goals to ensure alignment and drive implementation
• Manage client accounts, including budget, project scope, and relationship
• Encourage sustainable workflow while focusing on key client objectives
• Adapt to changing scenarios and environments with appropriate project management frameworks
• Visit clients regularly, up to 20% of the time, especially during high-impact project milestones

Qualifications

• C1 or C2 English Level Proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in the Data & AI industry as a project/program leader (e.g., Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead, or Scrum Master)
• Experience leading large-scale custom data & AI projects from discovery through solution design, implementation, deployment and MLOps
• Proven ability to manage data and AI projects with complex scopes and multiple executive stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication across different roles and technical backgrounds
• Experience leading projects in various delivery environments, such as waterfall, Agile, or hybrid structures
• Skilled in facilitating working sessions with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Ability to clarify complex ideas and manage ambiguity for your team and clients
• Experience as a mentor and leader who fosters an inclusive environment for idea sharing

Bonus Points

• Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master at a major technology consultancy or agency
• Experience with projects using a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline to deliver working data solutions with zero downtime
• Guided clients in adopting modern engineering practices and agile delivery processes
• Relevant certifications: CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc
• Involved in account planning and growth activities
• Managed projects for executive-level client partners, including Fortune 500 clients
