What can you expect in a Data Visualization Analyst role with TaskUs:

As Data Visualization Project Coordinator / Analyst, you will mainly work on coordinating dashboards and reports development for the business. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders (Business Insights, Data Engineering, Operations, Support groups, etc.) to make sure that the correct scope of work (SOW) is captured and documented, that the DV Standard Visual Design and Project timeline is met.

Key Responsibilities 

● Initiate and coordinate the Dashboard/Report builds of the Data Visualization team. 

● Prepares the standard Project Documentation by gathering inputs from stakeholders and Data Visualization Analysts/Managers.

● Maintains Project tracker and JIRA (BIDS Ticketing tool for requests) 

● Prepares Project status reports

● Facilitates project meetings.

Skills and Qualifications 

● At least 1 year hands-on experience in Project Coordination 

● Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

● Critical thinker, highly analytical and excellent problem solving skills

● Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture

● Excellent math skills (optional but preferred) 

● Ability to contribute proactively both independently and as part of a team 

Education 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, programming background (is a plus!) or Information Technology, Master's Degree in Statistics
