Responsibilities:

Education

· Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in computer science,

Requirements:

1) Expert knowledge of FileMaker systems analysis, system design, database, and client service architecture.

2) Ability to evaluate applications in terms of database and application architecture, future demands, and reporting needs.

3) Ability to create systematic and consistent documentation in both technical and user-friendly language.

4) Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

5) Ability to collaborate with other technical staff when necessary

6) Experience in the FileMaker database’s maintenance, fixes, and required changes to the existing system.

SOW:

Recently a FileMaker database RFP was contracted for and created. These databases are

held and managed locally at the site level to track local attendance in order to report in

aggregate for state and federal requirements for each site funded that uses 21C federal dollars. Databases are held on school district servers using FileMaker Server software or held on school owned project laptop computers. FileMaker Version 19 (V19) is in use. Services under this RFP are solely limited to this FileMaker database’s maintenance, fixes, and required changes to the existing system
