Your Role and Responsibilities
The MyNavy HR Transformation program is intended to evolve the Navy’s current MyNavy HR support environment from 200+ legacy applications (50+systems) to a cloud-based architecture comprised of five systems: Single Point of Entry (SPOE) Enterprise Custom

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 yrs of COTS implementation and post-production support experience.
• 10 yrs experience managing enterprise database including Oracle
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plans and leads major technology assignments.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Understanding of database tuning and migrations
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple databases
• Expertise in development of custom queries in support of data discovery

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

– Prior Navy ADE Experience
– United States – DoD Secret Security Clearance
