Database Administrator

The Role

We are looking for a Database Administrator to innovate, win and grow with us in Geneva!

How you'll contribute:

• Understands, follows, and contributes to the refinement of team processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve system availability, performance concerns as well as ensure system security.
• Create and maintain encryption and replication strategies between various database environments.

• Drives work to closure.
• Previous direct experience working as a Database Administrator
• Shows pride in the quality of work being done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to demonstrate previous experience with automation and configuration management tools
• Performed tuning utilizing indexes, disk and query optimizations, and other methods
• Experience with database replication and failover mechanisms.
• Examples of previous work with encryption methodologies for databases.
• Able to work with database clustering techniques
• Experience with at least two of the following database technologies (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant experience
