Responsibilities:• Design, install, configure, and maintain relationaldatabase systems (SQL / MySQL).• Design, Configuration and Management of NoSQLdata sources and Data Lake Systems.• Perform regular database maintenance tasks suchas backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures.• Optimize database performance through indexing,query optimization, and database tuning.• Monitor database systems to ensure availability,reliability, and security.• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issuesin a timely manner.• Implement and enforce security measures toprotect sensitive data.• Collaborate with development and IT teams toensure database designs meet application requirements.• Create and maintain documentation related todatabase configurations, processes, and procedures.• Plan and execute database upgrades andmigrations.• Manage production, testing and development datasources.• Automate routine tasks and processes to improveefficiency.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).• Proven experience as a Database Administratormanaging SQL databases.• Proficiency in database administration.• Strong understanding of database architecture,normalization, and data modeling concepts.• Experience with database performance tuning andoptimization techniques.• Knowledge of backup and recovery processes.• Familiarity with database security bestpractices and tools.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability toprioritize tasks effectively.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
