• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Familiar with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Should be extremely good at SQL.
• Experience handling and monitoring support ticket queues and acting accordingly based on SLAs and priority.
• Ability to monitor alerts and application logs for data processing issues and troubleshooting.
• Should have experience in log reading and debugging. (Cloudwatch experience is preferred).
• Familiar with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and BI teams.
• 5+ years of experience.
  

Additional Requirement:

• Experience with SQL, DBT and database technologies such as Redshift, Postgres, MongoDB, etc. 
• Familiar with programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with data ingestion and orchestration tools such as AWS Glu.
• Experience with Tableau server administration, including user management and permission.
  

• Work Model – Hybrid (2 days work from office- Office is in Oakville) 
• The annual base salary range for this position is CAD $60,000 to CAD $80,000.
