Datacenter Operations Engineer

Infosys is seeking a Datacenter Operations Engineer. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Twinsburg, OH or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree (Non-Engineering) or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of IT experience.

• Experience with Hands and feed support for Data Center operations.
• Candidates must be available to work onsite on a rotating /fixed shift timings at respective Datacenter to provide support. It includes both on demand onsite support, and extended shift coverage as needed.
• Candidate must be available to work on a rotating shift schedule to provide support at Datacenter.
  Shift 1 06:00-15:00 PST
  Shift 2 14:00-23:00 PST
  Shift 3 22:00-07:00 PST

• Collaborate with Technology team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's Datacenter operations environment.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls, messages, emails and/or work orders regarding datacenter operations problems.
• Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with project guidelines.
• Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to technical teams, business stakeholders.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Good Communication and Analytical skills.
