Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor large enterprise data warehouse systems
• Respond to business user mails
• Basic troubleshooting of job failures to be done
• Work with Level 2 and development team on production defects fixes
• Job will require shift working hours (24/7)

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Engineering degree with 2 - 4 years of experience in operation/ production support of large Enterprise Data Warehouse in cloud environment
• Proficient in debugging and writing sql queries
• Good hands on experience in shell scripting or python
• Basic knowledge on AWS services - s3 bucket , EC2 , CloudWatch, EMR, Athena
• Troubleshooting of ETL jobs and addressing production issu
• Experience with Scheduling tool - ControlM
• Good Communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to understand and interact with the diverse range of stakeholders
• Should be able to work without much supervision
