Day Shift Mailroom Inserter

Summary:
Primary Purpose: The role of Mailroom Inserter is to place free standing inserts into the daily newspapers for Prairie Mountain Media.
This entry level position is responsible for ensuring the inserting process is completed on a daily basis.
What you will do:

• Hand inserting free standing inserts into the inserting machine
• Use the shrink wrap machine to wrap pallets
• Use pallet jacks to move materials with the mailroom and warehouse
• Supply an inserting station "pocket" with approximately 100 inserts at a time
• Proper usage of a "jogging" table aligning all inserts perfectly prior to loading a pocket
• Work on the bindery machine to load signatures
• Loading mail pieces into the mail machine and gathering address pieces off of the conveyor
• Responsible for daily cleanup of the mailroom

Work Environment:

• This job operates in a fast paced, production environment using inserting equipment.
• This position may be subject to loud machinery noises

The hourly wage for Colorado residents is $12.56.
