DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Optimize and execute day-to-day digital commerce operations, including website administration, content management systems, customer engagement methods and supportive processes. 50% Daily• Drive digital commerce efficiency, scalability, and growth by collaborating with stakeholders to obtain market research and data, reviewing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and building action plans to improve performance. 25% Daily• Support implementation and sustainment of digital change initiatives and digital product launches - through training, communication, technology, and guidance. 25% Weekly• Perform any other related duties as required or requested.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

You must have this to be considered for this role:• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional technology experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You will stand out if you have these:• Experience in project management• Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, highly collaborative environment with a high-volume workload, often requiring short turnaround times.• Desire and aptitude to foster good working relationships with internal and external customers.• Solid organizational skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple priorities at once.• High attention to detail and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.• Skill to critically analyze data and provide data-driven solutions for consumer engagement, .com business objectives and processes.• Curiosity for identifying problems and knack for developing solutions.• Strong personal initiative and flexibility.• Intermediate Excel skills• And understanding of and appreciation for the DaySpring mission.

NOTE: this position is based in the Northwest Arkansas region. And while there is hybrid schedule flexibility, it is not a role that can be performed remotely.
