DC Associate

An Inbound Associate reports to the Inbound Assistant Manager and is responsible for learning all aspects of the Inbound operation at both locations while hitting key performance standards. This includes the sorting and stocking of SKUs into the Distribution Center.

Job Responsibilities

• Sorting and stocking of Inbound SKUs in an organized and detailed manner, while delivering on performance and pace standards outlined by area leads and managers
• Receive inventory to appropriate locations from multiple daily deliveries or bulk containers
• Needing to operate PIT machinery (ie: WAVE picker, pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) at times depending on workstation
• Adhere to inventory performance benchmarks including accuracy rate, error rates, and other key performance indicators for the inventory process
• Track and report across all inventory related processes as required
• Assisting in unloading incoming deliveries
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in the automotive field is beneficial but not a requirement. 
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft office
• Must be able to lift packages in excess of 60+lbs as necessary
• Must have flexibility in availability 
• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude 
• Demonstrated ability to work under time constraints or tight deadlines 
• Must be a team player who is positive and motivating

Compensation 

• $18.00/hr based on prior experience and qualifications
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of $750
