DE Certified Underwriter III

Addison Group is currently recruiting for a Remote Underwriter with an established National Mortgage company.

This company offers a highly competitive salary, OT as needed, monthly bonuses, 3 weeks of PTO, and 10 sick days. They are also huge on offering an all-inclusive team environment and plenty of training to make sure you are successful.

In this role you would be responsible for overseeing 2-3 new underwriting files per day and would service four states and 10-15 branches.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of conventional bond loan experience
• DE Certification, if no DE certification must have 3-5 years FHA loan experience and be willing to certify within the first few months of employment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• May be located anywhere as long as you have the ability to work in CST
