RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborates to gather insights in day-to-day process operations to identify challenges and opportunities to standardize, improve, automate and/or innovate the (E2E) process.
• Follow up and monitoring initiatives until completion including reporting to involve stakeholders.
• Estimates, tracks, and reports on results of the initiatives
